All Seasons Retreat : Your own private retreat on the mighty Murray River

River Sunset Hidden away from the world is the All Seasons Retreat. Nestled 200m back from the Mighty Murray River on 2 acres of manicured gardens and lawn, with a variety of ponds and small waterfalls on one side and a further 2 acres of unspoilt natural salt bush land leading to the Murray River on the other. Over four acres of land to explore. You could be miles away from anywhere or only 5 minutes drive to the heart of Mildura CBD. The retreat sleeps 12 comfortably with 3 inside living areas, 2 dining areas, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, study/office, a decked patio out back with BBQ overlooking the dam and the Murray River.

At the rivers edge you will find your own private boat ramp, jetty and moorings, where a leisurely day can be spent swimming, skiing or just relaxing by the waters edge. Located opposite the Mildura Ski Club it provides an ideal vantage point for the start and finish line of the Mildura 100 Ski Race held every Easter.

All Seasons Retreat is a recreational haven for active families with pushbikes and small motorbikes also allowed on the salt bushland or a relaxing retreat for people wanting to escape and be by the river.

Conditions of Hire
The current prices are subject to change. After a reservation deposit is paid the price quoted will not change.
Payments & Security Bonds
Booking fees are payable within 7 days of making a booking. Full payment for hire is required 8 weeks (2 months) prior to arrival. A security bond is payable in cash upon arrival. The bond is $1000. This will be refunded by mail. Damage or loss will be charged for at cost. All hires are guaranteed by a credit card imprint which is taken upon arrival. A description of your group (ie. number of males and females and the average age of the people in your group) should be discussed with the owners prior to your arrival. Single sex groups or where some or all of the occupants are under the age of 30 may incur a higher bond which will be determined by the owners.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made a minimum of two (2) months prior to the commencement of the hire for a refund to be payable. Refunds of the booking fee/ hire fee for cancellations made less than two (2) months prior to the commencement of the hire will be made when the accommodation is re-let for the same period at the same price. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply.
General Conditions
Check In is from 2.00pm and check out at 10.00am on the last day of your holiday. The house must be left in a good clean condition or an extra cleaning charge will apply. Smoking inside the house is not allowed and additional cleaning fees will apply. No pets or firearms are allowed. The management reserves the right to refuse any hire without stating any grounds for refusal or termination.
